Do you offer nationwide delivery?
Yes! We deliver all over Pakistan.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery time is 3-5 working days, depending on your location.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
What are the delivery charges?
Free shipping on all orders above PKR X,XXX.
Orders below this amount will have a small shipping fee counted on checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email/SMS.
You can track your order using the link provided.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We take quality control seriously. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@ascend.pk with photos of the item.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
How do I initiate a return/exchange?
Step 1: Email returns@ascend.pk with your order number and reason for exchange.
Step 2: Our team will review your request and guide you on returning the item.
Step 3: Once we receive the item, we will process your exchange within 3-5 working days.
Do you offer refunds?
We currently do not offer refunds. However, you can exchange your item.
Are there any return shipping costs?
If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
What items cannot be returned?
Final sale items and customized handbags cannot be returned or exchanged.
