How do I place an order on Ascend.pk?
Simply browse our collection, add your favorite handbags to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Debit/Credit Cards, and Online Bank Transfers.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not been processed, you can contact our support team at info@ascend.pk to request a change or cancellation.

Do you offer nationwide delivery?
Yes! We deliver all over Pakistan.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days, depending on your location.

What are the delivery charges?
We offer FREE shipping on orders above PKR 5,000. For other orders, a small shipping fee applies, which is calculated at checkout.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

What is your return/exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day exchange policy. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Email us at info@ascend.pk with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

Currently, we only offer exchanges. Refunds are provided in special cases, such as unavailability of replacement stock.
